WebClips APP

Anyone know how to develop or can develop an app for us that will allow is to put all our Webclips in one place and get to them faster

Something like XLaunch with a version of POOF or Categories that allows Webclips to be added to a folder

I find many times too many icons on my springboard, so maybe a Webclip Manager APP would do great

Can anyone develop something like this for us or update Categories to do this?
