    Default CYGWIN - native app development in windows

    i have noticed that MMi does not have a guide yet on how to install a toolchain in windows. alot of people would appreciate it if, you guys from MMi or anyone could provide this.

    we just need the step by step procedures on how to make the tool chain or how to compile or where to write the codes.
