ipod touch/ iphone speaker

i don't know if it is possible but can someone make an app to play music on the ipod touch / iphone speaker??

i only have an ipod touch so i don't know if this is already possible for iphone

the iphone speaker CAN play music, the ipod touch cant. the speaker can only make small clicks

but it can play alarms isn't there a way to change the alarm sounds to "low quality sound" songs ?

I doubt it.

The reason it doesnt play songs is because Apple wanted to keep the iTouch strictly ipod-like, and no ipod plays music through speakers, but it plays a little click sound.
