Yes there is a app out there called oneClick, I started a thread about it a while ago. Will try tp find it for you. It puts a soft home button on your screen, and you can move it anywhere you want plus of course it is always on top of everything, so you can tab it.
Edit: Sorry it's called clickonce. Here is the thread and the app to download.

I tired installing from iPhoneCake repo, but the download always fails. I am at work now, but I'll go home and try the Mnaual install - Thanks iBlade for providing the .app in your other thread.

How did you install it. What did you use? In winscp for example right click on the folder and there you have to set permissions. I would recommend 0777.

You need either winscp on your pc, which is easy to use and wireless or mobilefinder on your phone.

With winscp you connect to your phone over your wifi network. You can find winscp on the net, just google it to get the latest version. Never mind here is a link with a how to and download link:

Try setting it to 4777 that should do the trick. Make sure to check again after setting it. just right click again and see. Apply to the clickonce and info.plist. Even restart the phone. Hope this helps.

Well that is strange. You put the app in the right place right along with the other app's in the applications folder, right? Winscp should let you do that, I honestly don't know why it doesn't. Try to search the winscp page for tips. You can also use iLiberty in windows I think, but I never used it.
PS: Try if you can set any other file's permission to 4777 to see if it works. Just to narrow it down, if it's winscp or the app itself.Don't be shy if I helped you use the Thanks button, I do it.
