here an idea for a new native iphone app:

while calling with somebody it would pretty nice to have the chance to play some files to the dialog partner.

an other toy app could be a tool which lets change the pitch of the voice. in the configuration you may test the pitch by saying something in the mic change the amplitude an play the changed voice.
in the call it possible to change to this configured amplitude.

is it possible to access the data which is being send to the dialog partner?

and the next idea:

to simulate a ringtone:
if you iphone rings, the app automatically accept the call and play the configured sound to the dialog partner. the iphone will continue ringing.
