app request is a call reject possible?

hello,
my favorite app on my old smartphone was a utility called "phone gate"

it basically gave the ability to add incoming calls from a area code, unknown number, or saved known number to a "black list"

the "black list" calls would then automatically be sent straight to voice mail without bothering me.

if someone could re-invent this for iphone i would be really happy

Just curious did you ever find a Call Reject app for the iphone? Also, is there an app that will text or email back the caller a "I'm busy now, will call back in a few" type message optionally on rejection?
