Suggestion, Calendar app notifications.

The one thing that bugs me is that everything has a notification but the calendar app. Is there any way to enable the red circle on the calendar to inform us of how many events we have scheduled for that day?

If not, is there a way to create such thing?

this would be great. I've also noticed on both Macs and PCs that the Calendar.app doesn't show multi-day events... only single day (All Day) events. kinda annoying.
