How About Some Apps for 2.0(1.2)

When do you think we will see apps that work on 2.0 or is anybody working on them? Not having summerboard and the addictive sand game are a couple major things keeping me from using the leaked beta OS.

Im also wondering if/when we will see free apps become a rarity. What will be the cutoff for amount of work put into or importance/necessity of an app before people start charging for them. Im talking about official developers of course and also less official or free lance types(for lack of a better term).

It wouldn't be unreasonable of them, I pay for most everything else I cant/wont do myself. Any indication?

I'm sure that as long as there are people standing around giving out free hugs, there will be nice developers giving away free software. If that ever happens, the world will be a very sad place. (Your prediction made me want to cry.)

But anyways, free software isn't really free. When you make use of our hard work, we get repaid with a very warm fuzzy feeling.
