Oregon Trail
As the title says, Oregon trail would be great on iPhone. Its a classic. I cant wait to go buffalo hunting only to lose my wife kids while crossing a river the next day.

I'm sure its high on the list of priorities for most developers. Right after a physics engine for iphone that can simulate a Chuck Noris round house kick but I couldn't resist.
