Maybe its just me, but i like to organize each page of the springboard based on some type of category. I have Life (i.e. calander, clock, maps, notes camera, etc.), Games, Web apps, Music and Study (finiculus, karajan, vnotes, flashcards, calculator, etc.) and settings stuff (smbprefs, settings, installer, etc.). I'll definately have more home screens in the future when the appstore releases.
So heres my idea. You can set up your own shortcut to the page you want (kind of like a launcher, but faster and with more freedom to move between categories). So then, page one has all of the shortcuts, e.g. Life, Games, Web Apps, Music and Study, Settings and you jump quickly to the home screen page that you want, with one click. If you press the lock button, you will resume on the last page viewed when unlocked. If you click the Home button on any page, you are jumped back to the shortcuts page.
So what do you guys think?
