Hi,
1st post here, need a question answered. First off I am no PC genius so remember that please.

I am running a 1.1.4 ZiPhone jailbreak, have BossPrefrences installed and have been able to perform an connection with my PC.
QUESTION :

What other program do I need in order to install wallpapers, tones, custome icons etc etc.

I searched but couldnt find anything that explains it to me I guess in lamen terms.

If someone knows of a link please paste it here.

Dude, best advice I can give you is read through the "guides" section of the forum. There are very detailed, easily followed tutorials to doing everything. Its stuff though that isnt easily written out in a post.
