[REQ] Concert/Tour App

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make an application that got a list of upcoming tours and concerts near your zipcode. Similar to OnTour and their widget. You could add artists from the iPod part of your phone to the "Watch" list. I guess it could just be a port of the OnTour widget to an iPhone app.
