Is there any download manager for Iphone

I've been looking for this app for few days. I dont really know if developers did think of it. But you know, After Safari-DL got released i've started downloading stuff using this amazing app. Anyways I've been trying to download some .rar files from Rapidshare, but sometimes my router disconnects and reconnects. Therefore i'm looking from some app that can resume my download.
