MLB Tracker

I was wondering if it was possible for someone to create an MLB tracker a la ESPN (or MLB's) Gameday tracker. It has each ball as a ball or strike and position of runners on base, the batter at plate, pitcher and outs. If anyone could create this I imagine there would be a ton of interest as MLB season is just getting going

I use http://www.streamingscores.com/iphone for all kinds of different sports updates. It gives you all kinds of options from individual stats to game stats.
