If I have my 3GS jailbreak and unlock with snowbreeze, can I downgrade the baseband with this redsnow?

hey is it possible for me to wongrade my 3gs 06.15 with new bootroom? but actually i dont know mine is new or old because when i plug use snowbreeze it always tell me i have new bootroom, but when i see my SN i have 5K038..n so on what is it mean,the 8 is 2008 right?

the 38 means it was manufactured in week 38, the 0 means it was manufactured in 2000, you have the OLD bootrom because new bootrom was made week 40 and later..

if sn0wbreeze asks u if you have old or new bootrom, click OLD

are u sure its 5K038 is for 2000 for week 38,or could it be 2010 week 38?
i tried to downgrade it but this is what i get,

yes you are correct, I apologize it was a typo on my part it is 2010

before you downgrade you need to make sure your iphone is OFF, then you need to open redsn0w and go to Extras -> Select ISPW, then select the STOCK firmware (whichever you have currently on your iphone like 5.0.1 or 5.1.1 or some other version).....you download the stock firmware from iclarified.com

once you select it, it will tell you if it is the newer model 3gs, select NO, then go back and click Jailbreak, only SELECT the DOWNGRADE ipad baseband checkbox, then follow the instructions to put your iphone in PWNED DFU MODE and let redsn0w do its thing

hold the power button + home button until the apple logo turns off, then try the downgrading the baseband again

after i downgrade my 3gs i lost my wifi and no bluetooth and so on, ijust screwed right? :-( :-(

siesly dont know what should i do,

its 00000000000

this is because of the downgrading baseband it never finish and only complete half of it, its stop and rebooting itself,
now its really bad situation for me :-(

yes it was 06.15 before, iwant to downgrade it because i thought i will get my gps back,but this is worse :-(

yes you can, use redsn0w to reflash the ipad baseband again, dont check anything else like install cydia, just Install the ipad baseband,

let us know if that gets the phone functioning again

i got it back although its 06.15 again,but i happy cz i live with it for a long time before,
so for now i will just stay away from downgrading my baseband,i have an exam this monday,i need to focus for that huhuh,

NO WIFI
BLUETOOTH IS 00.00.00.00.00
NO modem firmware
n its said iphone need to be restore

I use custom IPSW few times in 4.1 and 5.1.1 but its the same, I had many problem with REDSNOW, USB communication problem,and its said ur iphone is already JB with rocky racoon, i think it is because of my laptop.

so i tried to use fresh IPSW for 5.1.1 with snowbreeze,then i got the baseband 5.16.05 :-) it was a relieved, then i change the laptop because i cant use redsnow dont want to JB or install baseband on it.
change laptop and i got it back!!!

I thought i lost my iphone,but its function again, thanks for everyone, i hope anyone who has same problem could read and try this..
