GettingWeird message when upgrading Cydia tools

Pls see the attached images.
I tried individual upgrades I get the same error.
I also get complete upgrade, upgrade essential popup and I select either I still get the error.

I faced the same problem. Hope it helps.What I did is: Restarted iphone, then opened cydia and don't do anything until the loading stops(on the top of screen above title bar saying 'Home'). Once its done you will be able to do what you were trying to do.
Even if that don't work, try using wifi.
