downgrade 3gs from ios4 to ios3

I don't like ios4, it's kinda laggy and does not have the full iphone experience imo when the dashboard lag when shifting from one to another.

I heard that it's now impossible to do this as apple signs the firmware and also you are required to generate some ios3 signature file in cydia to accomplish this (something I don't have)

No iOS 4 is faster on 3GS, not much difference tho

As long as you monitor your RAM usage , close apps that are not in use, IOS 5 is way much better in terms of features

ok is there anything i should know about in terms of creating these mysterious hash files or whatever so I can downgrade back to ios4 from ios5 if I find that I need to do it?

iOS 4.1 is still signed by apple, so no Shsh required for that on a 3GS, but you can use tinyumbrella,windows you can use ifaith as well to do this... Lots of different ways.
