3GS with iPad baseband no carrier, not activated

Hi,

I have a 3GS phone with iOS 5.0.1 and baseband 06.15.00, im trying install iOS 5.0.1 and activate it for all carriers, but no success.

I try all tutorials to do it.

Download snowbreeze and the 5.0 ispw and create a custom ispw in snowbreeze using baseband preservation mode.

Put in Pwnd dfu (ireb or snowbreeze)

Shift+Restore in itunes

select the custom snowbreeze ispw you just made.

All set.
