Upgrading 3gs
I have 3gs version 4.1 baseband 06.15.00 jailbreaken and unlock by ultrasnow.Can i go to ios 5.1.0???

Upgrade to any version which is higher than 4.1?

Only if you have shsh higher than 4.1 but lower or equel to 4.3.3. Check with tiny umbrella if you have any. There isn't much difference between 4.1 and 4.3.3 and I don't think you would have any , otherwise you would have already restored to a higher version.

Tiny umbrella shows 4.1(8B117) and 5.0.1(9A405)

Nope because ultrasn0w does not unlock at 5.0.1

Can i now upgrade to ios 5.0.1?

Yes, you can now unlock at 5.0.1 as ultrasn0w has been updated (1.2.5) to unlock at 5.0.1
