iPhone wont Activate After Restoring it.

I jailbroke my iphone3gs yesterday and tried to unlock it using the ipad baseband, this erased a bunch of Default apps(music, phone ect) and so i tried to Restore it thinking that would reverse the whole process. No dice.


Its stuck on this Activation screen cause it wont read my sim card.


Im thinking it restored with the ipad baseband still intact, is there ANYWAY to fix this at all??

You want to restore it to an activated custom fw to get past the emergency call screen.

Or if you restored to stock fw, simply jailbreaking it will hacktivate and bypass the emergency call screen.

wells its not just the Emergency screen its more like the Beginning Setup.

choose language, country of origin, enable wifi then Activate(doesnt go past this)



How would I do the custom firmware stuff?

Well you're not going to get past the welcome screen. At least that's what I heard. Is it a problem to go through the welcome screen? Sorry I don't know bc I have Verizon and it just activates by itself.

well This is where its Stuck at, it wont Activate from here cause it wont read my Sim card anymore.


Its not my Sim cause i tried it in a different phone and it still works, so its Something i did in the jailbreaking process.

I have it on that ipad baseband, but now after I restored it, cant get to my apps or anything because this baseband has Effed up the phone, so Im hoping there is a way to Downgrade or Erase this ipad baseband without cydia or anything since i cant use it.

Ipad baseband once installed cannot be downgraded like any other updated baseband.

What iOS firmware do you have on it now?
And did the 6.15.00 Baseband get fully installed?

For instance
I had installed the iPad BB on mine [which seemed like it took an eternity to complete] I was running 4.2.1, I used redsn0w to Jailbreak it which also Hacktivated it, I then used greenpois0n 1.0 RC6.1 to re-Jailbreak it to make it an untethered Jailbreak since redsn0w at that time was a tethered JB

Saved SHSH for iPod Touch 4G 4.3.3!!


Hello guys,

i was wondering if anyone has saved SHSH for iPod Touch 4G 4.3.3...coz i wanna downgrade it from 5.0.1.
Please help!!!!

You can't get SHSHs from anybody else, that's not how it works. They're specific to each device, so if you don't have them already, you can't get them to downgrade.
