Can I downgrade 4.3.1 version?

I wanted to use jailbreakme and it says version too high, is there a way to do it? (iPhone 4)

download tiny umbrella (google it)
run tiny umbrella
plug in idevice
click on idevice in the left of tiny umbrella
hit save shsh
if it says anything lower than 4.3.1 after it saves the shsh you have then yes you can.

I saved ant it says" iPhone 4 4.3.2(8H7) does it mean anything?

If you didn't save SHSHs when 4.0.1 was being signed which was last year, you can't get SHSHs for that now to use jailbreakme.

Well, the thing is I just got my phone yesterday and I pretty much didn't have many options, that's the way I got it.
How should proceed now?

Essentially having a new phone you won't have SHSHs for anything besides the newest firmware which is pretty much what you're stuck with.

All I can say is if you want to jb you'll just have to use a computer to download the new redsn0w and jb that way.
