    If you have shsh blobs saved you can use tiny umbrella to downgrade via iTunes using TSS server ,if you don't have shsh blobs saved then please reply may be I can help

    To downgrade without shsh try this

    How to Downgrade 4.2.1 to any 4.x Firmware (tried on 3gs no idea about iphone 4)
