Please help

I am a total noob when it came to jailbreaking my iPhone. I bought it last may with 4.0.1 on it, jailbroke it immediately. I've had it jailbroken for, basically untill today. What happened was, Cydia had some updates for a theme and **********, so, naturally I updated. Little did I know, I didn't have enough disc space and it didn't download the updates correctly, and I hit reboot device.

FAIL?

So I re-booted the device, it gets to the apple logo, the wheel spins, it takes 3 mins in the same position, then shuts off, restarts itself, and does it again.

I got home, plugged it in, put it into recovery mode, and lost everything. I knew I was gonna lose everything, but the phone updated itself to a new firmware, and I miss my ********** and catagories. I have basement 5.14.02 and firmware 4.2. I miss glasskart and all the other amazing features that I was so used to for the 7+ months I've had it. PLEASE HELP ME!!
