Already done that. Everywhere I used to get full bars, I get no service and when I'm outside I only get one bar but could onlu send a text message, no data will go through.

If this helps I installed ultrasn0w then rejailbroke the iPhone with greenp0ison but still no luck.

This work for me while I was stuck in the loop as well.

Do not use tiny umbrella when restoring to 4.2.1.
If you are on official carrier then open tiny umbrella, click advanced, deselect the box that says "set hosts to cydia on exit" then CLOSE tiny umbrella and try the restore again.

Once restore, stay pluck in and iTune will detect carrier. Finally restore to by last backup and I'm back again. Gonna try jb with greenpoison.

    Thanks alot.
