Default Can I unlock my 3gs?
I was able to jailbreak with limera1n. Downloaded ultrasn0w but when I put in my tmobile sim it just says searching.
It is running on 4.1 but was previously unlocked before I bought it.
Cydia at the top says shsh:3.1.3, 4.0.1, 4.1

I have been trying to do this for 2 solid days and am becoming very frustrated.
I would love it if someone could help!
    Thanks

Check your modem firmware in settings/general/about. The modem firmware/baseband on 4.1 cannot be unlocked yet (maybe later this week it will be able to though).

Yeah, he must have restored to 4.1 and use Limera1n, therefore losing his unlock.

There are ways to downgrade iOS but no way to downgrade your baseband which is the part of the phone that gets unlocked.
