Yes, if you only have 4.1 , then you can only restore to 4.1 shsh blogs. That is the problem, you don't have 3.1.3 stored in Cydia, so you can't unless you grab it from Cydia and store it locally , only then you can use Tss Server to restore. You can try and grab it from Cydia.

OMG, you guys need to start from the very basic.
The new tiny umbrella is different, all you need is a phone that can boot up, and you click save shsh, all the shsh will be downloaded. If your iphone is not bootable, then you will have to input your ECID and click save shsh.

I know your next question is how do I get my ECiD ? This is how you get your ECID :
Plug your iphone in either in recovery mode or DFU mode
Control Panel > Device Manager > Universal bus Controller > Apple Device > Right Click Properties > Details > Device Instance Path > Slide the bottom Slider to the right on the right pane : ECID 16 digits : copy and paste onto the ECID manual section of TU and click save shsh.
If you cannot get 3.1.3 shsh , means you don't have it.

Yeah, why do you clean two iphones at the same time, now you have two iphones not working.

If I dont have the 3.13 shsh that means I have to restore to 4.1?

I was cleaning a few at a time, and I messed up on two

Yes, that is correct, you can only restore with what shsh you have.

What do you mean by that, you can manually input your ECID and use TU to grab your shsh from Cydia, only if Cydia has it, If Cydia doesn't have it, nobody has it. Then your iphone has to be restored only to 4.1 firmware.
You better off wait for a new unlock.

Simple answer...Sorry to say but if you dont have SHSH on cydia or your pc saved..your pooched..Your going to lose your unlock..

Dont even bother with tinyumbrella or changing your hosts file just plug ur phones in & update them with itunes to 4.1 then jailbreak with greenpois0n or limera1n...
