Im in 4.1 os can somebody tell me how 2 downgrade 2 a breakable & unlockable os?

Depending on the device, you can downgrade the firmware, but for all iPhone models you will not be able to unlock anymore. Unless it's specifically an iPhone 3G with bootloader 5.8. If it is not that particular device, you cannot unlock at this time if already on stock 4.1.

Hi I'm on iPod touch 2nd generation and I want to know how to downgrade to 4.0.0?
I'm on a 4.1 right now.
I don't get anything about jailbreaking or downgrading!!!!
Please help!!!

You can downgrade to 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 simply by downloading a stock ipsw from the Downloads section here on MMi.

Just hold shift and click restore in iTunes and select the firmware you wish to restore to.

You can jailbreak with Redsn0w 0.9.4, make sure you use the 3.1.2 ipsw for Redsn0w. It doesn't recognize the 3.1.3 ipsw.

You can't unlock it right now to use with another carrier. You can go to Cydia after you jailbreak and download Fuzzyband (the one that supports 5.14.02 baseband). Then run Fuzzyband to see if it will downgrade your baseband. If it says you have any bootloader besides 5.8, you can't downgrade the baseband and unlock. If you do have 5.8, it will let you downgrade the baseband. Unlock with Ultrasn0w after the downgrade.

If you don't have BL 5.8, you'll need to wait a bit for the new unlock. Don't know when it'll come out either.
