Thank you very much for quick answer.

I must admit that i HATE when i buy something for my money (like 3gs iphone) and someone, in this case Apple arrange my life and tell me how, when, and what i can't do with my property.
Because of that i like freedom of choice and all peoples which give us this choice.I mean devteam, peoples from modmyi e.t.c.

    THANKS AGAIN

    Actually not correct.
Old Bootrom can be downgraded using FussyBand thru Cydia.
    Google a downgrade to 3.1.2
    Jailbreak 3.1.2
    Install Cydia
    Search for FuzzyBand
Install it and downgrade the BB from 5.12.07 to 5.11.07 and you should be able to unlock it as well.

I have the newer Bootrom... so I am kind of stuck... but you can do it and it should be successful..
AND if you JB it... upload your SHSH to Cydia ASAP... That should be happening by default if you JB a phone, dont know the reason why it is not automatic...
Could have saved me a lot od Heartache with the iphone lying in my drawr... as it has 3.1.3 and 5.12.07 now...
    Best of Luck

I don't believe you can downgrade a 3.1.3 not previously jailbroken 3GS to 3.1.2 to jailbreak it in order to install cydia.

Also, Fuzzyband doesn't work on 3GS phones at all. And it's not decided by the bootrom, but instead by the bootloader.
