Help!! W/ 3gs 3.1.2

Can I go back to 3.0.1 after installing 3.1.2? I was redsnowed on 3.0.1 with an ECID on Cydia. Now have 3.1.2 w/pwnage tool 3.1.4 and kkirans custom ISPW. TOO BUGGY! Can I go back? Is there a guide to do this? Add link if there is please. Battery power sucks, lost half my Cydia apps, etc. What can I do?
