When you're in the App Switcher in iOS 7 and you close out of all the application preview parts possible, there's nothing else you can do except for stare at a Home Screen preview card, because swiping on it does nothing at all and tapping on it just brings you back to the Home Screen.

Since this is the case, it makes much more sense for the App Switcher to just automatically close once all of the applications inside of it have been closed ...

The Status Bar houses plenty of essential information, including your battery percentage, time, Wi-Fi signal strength, carrier, and cellular signal strength. iOS 7 brought with it a new cellular signal strength indicator that takes up a lot of Status Bar space, and if you have any jailbreak tweaks installed that put notification icons or other icons in your Status Bar, then the additional space could be better suited for something else.

Just a few days ago, we showed you a free jailbreak tweak by Dan Saba called Slide to Reboot, which allowed you to tap on the slider in the slide to power down interface to change it into a slide to reboot slider, and vice versa. As of Monday, Saba has just released another new free jailbreak tweak in Cydia called Power Tap, which is like Slide to Reboot on steroids.

Just like Slide to Reboot, Power Tap lets you tap on the slider in the slide to power off slider bar to change it from a slide to power off slider, to a reboot slider, respring slider, safe mode slider, and back to a power off slider ...

If you don't like the look of the Camera Grabber icon on the iOS 7 Lock Screen, but you still want to keep the functionality of your Camera Grabber, you should check out a new free jailbreak tweak called HideCameraGrabber by iOS developer Skylerk99.

With this tweak, you can hide the Camera Grabber graphic from your iOS 7 Lock Screen, but you'll still be able to slide up to access your camera application from the Lock Screen, as shown above. The iOS 7 Status Bar is usually pretty boring; just lacking a background with some plain Jane white font to display some information. Luckily, a new free jailbreak tweak called ColorBar by iOS developer TheNinjaprawn allows you to take control of the Status Bar's appearance on the Lock Screen and Home Screen by changing both the foreground and background color.

As shown above, you can make some really different color effects with your Status Bar using ColorBar.

The tweak adds a preferences pane to the Settings application where there are a number of options you can toy around with:
