    Skype has updated its iPhone app to include video calling over Wi-Fi and 3G. With Skype 3.0 you can make two-way video calls to other iPhone 4 and 4th gen iPod Touch users. iOS users without front-facing cameras can still receive video, but they can only transmit audio for obvious reasons.
