One of the biggest disappointments at this year's MacWorld was that iPhoto's newest feature, Faces, couldn't recognize animals faces, at least according to Apple employees on the show floor.

Well for all you pet lovers, the folks over at MacLife did some more testing and got iPhoto to successfully recognize cat faces. They explain, ...

Here is a MacBook Mini concept design by Isamu Sanada.

It sure looks a lot like the Vaio P by Sony. It features a 10-inch extra wide screen and tri-folding. Unlike the Vaio P, the MacBook Mini would feature a fold down leaf for a full track pad. This concept design is intended to have the thinness of the MacBook Air.

…Enough to call yourself a MacHead? Well there is a whole group who do and they made a documentary about it.

It's called "MacHeads" and is now for rent on iTunes and Amazon.

The other day a new entertaining game called osu! went live on Cydia via the MMi repo. Reminiscent of Tap Tap Revenge osu! is a rhythm and music based game where you tap and slide on the correct beat. What osu! does differently is gameplay is controlled by user made maps of various songs which you download via your iPhone to play.

I'm all about cloud storage. As a laptop-only user there is a limited amount of space I can carry with me so I use services like Dropbox and SugarSync continuously to store my gigabytes of files. A new service called ZumoDrive has entered the market with their beta and of course I've spent some time to trying it out.

You can enter the beta for ZumoDrive by using the invite code modmyi or by simply clicking here. The beta gives 1 GB of storage free to test the service out.

    The Good

ZumoDrive does things a little bit differently than its competitors. It tricks your computers into thinking the files are local allowing you to do some really neat things like using ZumoDrive ...
