TrapCall was trapped for months in Apple's App Store purgatory, withstanding one of the most stringent known reviews in App Store history. For 201 days, TrapCall - an app that allows users to find out who's really behind blocked phone calls - was being analyzed under a microscope given the obvious privacy concerns such an app raises.

But now comes word that TrapCell has made it through. ...

When Apple revamped the iPod nano line last September, the new model brought with it a more iOS-like interface. Although the sixth generation iPod nano is an impressive feat of engineering, its smaller form factor required quite a few compromises. The lack of a camera is one of the more notable features missing from the latest iPod nano model. That may be about to change, however, if the latest image coming out ...

Apple has debuted the first commercial for its second generation tablet... you know, just in case there are one or two people left on the planet who haven't heard about it. Less than one month old, the previously commercial-less iPad 2 has already taken the global tablet community by storm, with near sell-outs reported in almost every country in which the product has been made available. ...

Howard Stringer, the CEO of Sony (pictured above), has dropped an iPhone 5 bombshell. In July of last year, the Federal Government brought some clarification to a previously much-debated question and declared jailbreaking legal. Millions of folks who'd jailbroken their iDevices rejoiced, but aside from that not much changed visibly.

Now, however, we are beginning to see signs pointing to the legitimization of the jailbreak community in big business' eyes. With millions of iDevices in ...

At lot of folks have apparently forgotten what today's date is. Over the last few hours, multiple mainstream and Mac-related media outlets have picked up on the unconfirmed report that Steve Jobs is resigning as CEO of Apple. But nowhere is the rumor machine on overdrive more than Twitter - you know, the bastion of journalistic integrity that comes in bursts of 140 characters, just like Walter ...

One of my favorite features of Mac OS X is spaces, the simple feature that allows the user to have multiple desktops to allow different workspaces and separate applications to allow for more seamless multitasking. As someone who's often attempting to do about thirty things at once on my Mac, spaces is my lifeline. Now it looks like this feature may come to another Apple product, the iPad.
