    The Dev Team has released yellowsn0w, the 3G iPhone unlock. Its available NOW via Cydia, you'll need to add their source (check the release post for the URL - they'd prefer sites didn't link the repo url) then check your Changes tab - yellowsn0w should be right on top. If you don't know how, here's how to add a source in Cydia. Refresh if you don't see it. If you're reading this later, just search for yellowsn0w in Cydia (making sure of course you've added their source).     The guys at Tech Crunch have "three independent sources close to Apple" who have confirmed a "7 or 9 inch screen" iPod Touch device coming this fall. Apparently their sources have even held a prototype.

    EDIT: Yup, 3G unlock works on 02.28.00 modem firmware (baseband). Check Update 3 on the dev team blog post!

    2ND Edit: The Dev Team says the yellowsn0w Cydia package will be up as soon as the dev team member in charge of the repo fixes a file permission error. See update 3 on the dev team blog post

    iPhone users have long said that Crayon Physics, the 2008 Independent Games Festival Grand Prize Winner, would make the best iPhone App Ever.

    Since the iPhone 3g was first introduced in France it has been on sale with a contract through the carrier Orange. No more are contracts required for the French! France has joined the short list of countries that have the iPhone on sale contract free.

    iBlacklist is my favorite tool for stopping a few special people I have the privilege of knowing from being able to reach me. After a couple of years of ignoring weekly calls and txts from a special someone it became high time to find a solution.
