    Just one day after the relase of iOS 4.0, the Dev-Team has done it once again. Not only did they release an unlock tool the day iOS 4 came out, they have now released a brand new version of PwnageTool for creating custom iOS 4.0 firmware packages. This means almost everyone can get on board now. *almost everybody.

    Thanks to the fine folks over at iLounge , they have informed the community of Apple's recent change to its Terms of Use for iOS 4, stating that it will collect user location data for iAds. Why is this important? Because that's your GPS location being transmitted for advertising purposes. With the new terms, your basically accepting to let them sell your information with no return to you.

    It has arrived.

    Apple has released iOS 4 and the full slate of new features that come with it. As a result, the new iOS has sent iPhone lovers into a frenzy. And not without good reason.     Last year, a cockamamie survey came out from a shoestring scientific study which suggested that jailbreakers and iDevice modders had higher than normal stress levels when compared to iPhone owners who don't "tinker" with their handsets.
