On your home screen, there are page dots below the last row of home screen application icons, right above your dock. These show you what page of your home screen you're on, and you can tap on them to quickly get from one page to another. On the other hand, if you never use them for anything, what's the point of having them there?

If you're looking to hide the page dots from your iOS home screen, you can do so with a new free jailbreak ...

Just in case you've missed out on the new jailbreak tweaks Cydia has seen, this recap will highlight all of the the jailbreak tweaks we've shown you this week. These are in no specific order.

    1. ClassicSwitcher 99

ClassicSwitcher is a new jailbreak tweak for iOS 7 that brings back the stability and usability of the iOS 6-style App Switcher for those that are fed up with the bugginess of the one in iOS 7. It also includes a number of handy features, like multiple rows, easy all-app closing, and more. You can read more about ClassicSwitcher here.

    2. BioProtect $2.99

BioProtect is a new jailbreak tweak for iPhone 5s users that allows them to keep their applications more secure. You can read more about BioProtect here.

iOS 7 brought with it a new card-style App Switcher that some love and some hate. In all honesty, the App Switcher seems to be a dud. Sometimes it registers your swipes exactly as you meant them, and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the application icons like to shift regardless of the position of the application previews. It has the reliability of a poorly hacked-together App Switcher that was rushed for a final iOS 7 release.

On the other hand, the App Switcher in iOS 6 worked great! It was reliable, usable, and simple. ...

iOS 7 took a risky leap to all new interface styles and made everything look flatter. One of the applications that just doesn't seem complete in iOS 7 is the Camera application, which was given a black border where all of the buttons appear.

A new free jailbreak tweak called CamBlur7 by iOS developer Poomsmart will transform the Camera application interface so that the interface appears with the great-looking aesthetic appeal of a transparent blur rather than as a black border, as shown above.

Following the recent update to the evasi0n7 jailbreak tool, bringing it up to version 1.0.4, the evad3rs have updated their evasi0n 7x untether package in Cydia with the same security improvements for all devices and stability improvements for the iPad Mini with retina display to put an end to the boot loops plaguing many users.

The package update, which was released only minutes ago as ...

It was only yesterday that the evasi0n7 untethered jailbreak tool for iOS 7.0-7.1 beta 3 was updated to version 1.0.3 for Mac OS X and Windows with a fix for reboot loop issues on the iPad Mini with retina display, and with support for iOS 7.1 beta 1, beta 2 and beta 3.

Regardless, the evad3rs are still working hard to keep the jailbreak up to date with security and stability patches. On Sunday, the hacker team announced ...

Sometimes one of the worst parts about the volume HUD (heads-up display) in iOS is that the blasted thing never seems to go away fast enough. Every once in a while, you might be watching a video, and the volume HUD stays up on your screen so long after you adjust the volume that you end up having to rewind the video to see the part that you just missed.

A new free jailbreak tweak dubbed HUDDismiss by iOS developer Jake Januzelli makes ...

For those that use Twitter and/or Facebook to reach out to their friends or followers, there's usually always a demand for a quick way to compose a Tweet or a Post.

A new software combination by iOS developer Jonas Gessner gives you the ability to either compose a Twitter Tweet or Facebook Post right from iOS 7's Control Center. The actual widget being added to Control Center is called Share Widget for Control Center, but it works off of a new tweak foundation for Control Center called CCLoader, also by ...

Normally, when you go to edit an alarm, you would tap on the Edit button at the top left of the interface, and then red dots would appear at the left of each alarm that you could tap on to reveal a delete button, or you could tap on the individual alarms while you were in editing mode to edit the times.

A new free jailbreak tweak dubbed Edit Alarms by iOS developer Julian Weiss makes editing your existing alarms even ...

With iOS 7, Apple changed Notification Center around quite a bit. Instead of a single window that you can slide into by dragging down from the Status Bar, Notification Center in iOS 7 is now a window with three different tabs Today, All, and Missed.

You might have a favorite tab that you like to use in Notification Center, or maybe you want quick access to your notifications, or you might even just want quick access to your Today tab so you can see your Calendar, Stocks, and more. Whatever the case may be, a new free jailbreak ...

Holding down on your power button will bring up the "slide to power down" bar, allowing you to turn off your iOS device. If you want to make this screen just a little more functional, then there's a handy new jailbreak tweak dubbed RePower by iOS development team HASHBANG Productions available in Cydia right now that you may be interested in checking out.

As shown above, RePower adds new information and options to the power down screen. ...
