Experian, the global information services company, is out with new data indicating that the iPhone 5s has been a bigger catalyst for online searches and "digital excitement" than the iPhone 5c.

Despite the long anticipation and demand for a cheaper iPhone, the iPhone 5c failed to generate the level of search activity seen for the iPhone 5s.

During the week ending September 14th, the ...

On Monday, the popular Skype application for iOS was updated with a new refreshed look and feel for iOS 7, bringing the current version of the application up to 4.13.

Skype was already a rather flat-looking application, so by the untrained eye, some of the more subtle changes can be difficult to see. Some notable interface changes include the taller navigation bar at the top of the interface ...

Just in case you've missed out on the new jailbreak tweaks Cydia has seen, this recap will highlight all of the the jailbreak tweaks we've shown you this week. These are in no specific order.

    1. Apex – 99¢ (Limited Time)

Some of you may be familiar with an older free jailbreak tweak of chpwn’s called ListLauncher. The tweak made it so you could scroll over to SpotLight and quickly view an alphabetical list of all the applications installed on your iOS device so that if you ever had trouble finding one of your applications on your home screen with the various pages and folders, you could easily find the application you were looking for.

    Another ...

With a new jailbreak tweak called SideSettings by iOS developer Joel Einbinder, you will be able to easily access your Settings application without ever actually leaving the application you’re already in. This is very handy for when you need to make on-the-spot changes, such as enabling location services for a specific application.

SideSettings works with Activator, letting you set an Activator action of your choice ...

It’s always a breath of fresh air when something that looks better than one of the stock features of iOS becomes available in Cydia. In this case, a new jailbreak tweak called Apex by iOS development team A³tweaks is now available with what appears to be a better way to group applications than iOS' folders can.

It’s better, because it feels more natural, and it looks nicer. Between looks and animations, Apex is simply eye candy. It doesn’t lack function either.

    Unlike folders, ...

When iOS 7 was released, many people found the addition of an easily accessible control panel for turning on features such as Wi-Fi, brightness and Airplane Mode from the iPhone’s lock screen as a welcome addition to iOS 7. Unfortunately, it isn’t as great as everyone had made it out to be as a group of German security researchers recently discovered that the feature may provide a backdoor for thieves to break into ...

The voice to whom we've all expressed a multitude of practical, outlandish, and - at times- humorously inappropriate questions for our own amusement, is now more than just a voice.

Today, we got a glimpse of the face behind the voice of Siri.

Apple's voice-activated virtual assistant debuted two years ago. But today, Siri is making another debut. The original voice of Siri is a voiceover actor ...

The last thing we need is another China Mobile rumor, but that's what we're getting today.

On Friday, Wedge Partners analyst Jun Zhang made news by reporting that Apple's new flagship iPhone 5s will finally arrive on China's largest mobile carrier next month.

A November debut on China Mobile will, unquestionably, be huge for Apple. But the rumor mill has let us down before on this front. ...

It will come as no surprise that Apple's new flagship iPhone is leading sales at the top carriers in the United States today. At all four carriers, the iPhone 5s is the top sales generator, followed closely by the iPhone 5c.

New tracking data from Canaccord Genuity shows that AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-mobile were all hotbeds of activity for new iDevice sales by the end of September.
