  • FullForce for iPhone Expands Non-Four-Inch Apps to Fit the Four-Inch Display

If you were a fan of FullForce, for stretching iPhone/iPod touch apps to fit the iPadís large display, then check out a new jailbreak tweak called FullForce for iPhone by iOS hacker and developer Ryan Petrich. With it, you can stretch iPhone 4/4S apps to fit the iPhone 5 and iPod touch 5Gís four-inch display, as shown above.

As shown, the appearance of the stretched application looks native, so you really wonít even notice that a jailbreak tweak is working in the background to stretch your applications. The appearance of the black letterboxes in applications on the iPhone 5 is plain ugly, and FullForce for iPhone will give your iPhone 5 the treatment of good-looking apps that it deserves.

When youíre about to open an application that doesnít support the iPhone 5 or iPod touch 5Gís four-inch display, FullForce for iPhone will alert you and let you enable FullForce for iPhone for the application that youíre about to open by tapping on the Apply button. If you tap on the Cancel button, the application will remain in its letterboxed view and youíll have to configure it manually with FullForce for iPhone later:

If you want to configure the applications that will take advantage of FullForce for iPhone manually, just head over to the FullForce for iPhone preferences pane and turn on the applications you want to stretch to fit the four-inch display of the iPhone 5 or iPod touch 5G:

FullForce for iPhone can be had for just 99Ę in the BigBoss repository.

    Name: FullForce for iPhone
    Price: 99Ę
    Version: 1.0
Requirements: iPhone 5 or iPod touch 5G
    Repo: BigBoss
    Developer: Ryan Petrich
    Editor's Rating:  5/5

Well done app. Just a little more app specific polishing and it'll b ready for apple to steal!
Only issues I had were mx mayhem, pocket tanks and little Caesars. 2 of those are games and the description warns of that prior to downloading. Then to turn them back off I had to first toggle them on and back off.
I went and opened all my apps to check them. Very nice.

I'm actually only using sbsettings for the carrier logo now. I might just switch it out for 'make it mine'
Auxo includes all the toggles I use (dnd toggle would b nice though) and I can arrange them properly! I work where I don't get signal and can't make noise (even vibrate) so the extra functionality I've gotten so far from the jailbreak is awesome for saving battery life, and me

Full force works well in general.. For screen extender, try tapping where the reply field would have been if the tweak weren't installed.

Because Ryan Petrich is a coding veteran that is very good at what he does and his stuff is very stable and reliable and non-resource-heavy.

Honestly, I would recommend Ryan's tweaks over free alternatives most of the time.

Most likely. I can't guarantee, but FullForce for iPhone seems to be built better.

I like full force a lot. Doesn't work on every app though but looks great on the ones it does.
