If you have the tethered iOS 6 jailbreak on your iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G, or iPhone 3GS, then take a look at this new free jailbreak tweak. CleanActivity by iOS developer r_plus will allow you to clean up your sharing menu in iOS 6.
As shown above, you can simply hide any of the sharing buttons that you don’t use or you feel just take up too much room on your screen. If you don’t have an AirPrint-enabled printer, then you might want to disable the Print button. If you never share things to Facebook or Twitter, then you can hide those as well.
After installing CleanActivity, head over to the Settings application to tinker with the options:

CleanActivity can be enabled or disabled on demand and you can even selectively enable and disable the tweak for certain applications, which is great for limiting sharing options for certain applications and not for others.
Under this, you’ll find a bunch of switches you can toggle on or off. Any of these switches that you turn off will be displayed in the sharing menu of iOS 6. Any that you turn on will be hidden from the sharing menu. The tweak does not require a respring to save your changes and they will be saved immediately.
If you’re just looking to remove some of the extraneous features of iOS 6 that you don’t use, then give CleanActivity a try. It's a simple tweak that's sure to impress.
CleanActivity is an open source tweak and you are free to view the source code on github.
