    South Park may have lampooned Apple’s iTunes terms of service agreement along with the millions who blindly accept the terms without reading them last year, but they missed a comedic gold mine.

    Everyone who accepts Apple’s iTunes terms of service agrees to not use the product to produce nuclear bombs.

    Wait, what?

    It’s there, it’s real, and I had no idea iTunes was an integral factor in the nuclear bomb production process. Well, the terms of service also prohibits the production of chemical or biological weapons with iTunes. I’ve searched through iTunes' many tabs and menus and still haven’t found anything regarding enriched uranium, guided missile systems, or rare strains of deadly diseases to be released unto the masses.

    Perhaps the recent bombing of an Iranian Nuclear scientist was Apple’s retaliation for using iTunes to make motivational playlists for those involved in Iran’s nuclear development program? Who knew Apple was so concerned about matters of national security?

    I guess the iTunes burn disk icon can now be interpreted literally...

      is this not to make the point that no one reads the ToS, a games trading company put in their ToS that you authorize them to use your soul in black magic rituals

      Adobe products have that same section, also I thought every on knew about this, it has been in the ToS since iTunes was released.

      This is clearly in there so to protect Apple, not the end user. Anyone that doesn't see that has a little more living to do, I think.

      +1 im pretty sure if you got caught, you would be facing more severe legal problems than Apple, tho its prolly just to make sure absolutely nothing can happen for anyone to sue them for people improperly using the devices

      Apple has a patent for it so they will sue after your other legal issues.

      I forget what movie it was....but in it, the terrorist uses a iPhone look a like as his aiming device, and trigger for a automated rifle that assassinates a political leader...it had a very sleek GUI, he must have been jailbroken though as I dont believe this app is on the App Store! I think Dennis Quaid was in it?

      I'm from Portugal... I worry about financial crisis in the world but at the same time I should look at these completely STUPID terms I don't even read EVER and find out here how absurd they are... I'm sorry and not offending anyone but only in USA you could get such wording for these terms... Do you really think that I click the "read terms" icon when prompted to do it? I just carry on and couldn't care less... Is Apple going to sue me if I don't comply with such stupid items there? I don't even bother to read any of it EVER! Ok, if I fail to comply I'd love to get that law suit just for the fun! LOL ********!!!!

      It's more or less meaning that you are not allowed to use material from iTunes like a book song video podcast app ect to learn or make bombs or distribute the material but they are saying it in such a blanket way in wich it will cover everything.

      You guys are thinking too small.
      iPhones have GPS + computer processing power + compact design.
      It can be made into a guidance and trigger device for Nuclear missiles.
      Using the GPS it knows its position around the world, use the processing power can calculate what it needs to do to get to its target and when to trigger the bomb.
