  • TV.com (app) - CBS and Showtime Streaming on your iPhone

How bout CSI Miami full episodes streamed to your iPhone, legally... for free? CBS Interactive's TV.com give you just that. There aren't a ton of shows up yet (at least not full episodes), but CSI, Star Trek (the original!), and Gossip Girl (you know you've seen it) are all there.

TV.com (its an app, AND a website!) allows you to create "feeds" of shows you'd like based on keywords. You put in a few shows you like or terms, and the app creates a specialized feed of content you'd enjoy.

I'm sure more full shows will be coming quickly.

The app works over WiFi or 3G, and is available now for the low low price of free in the AppStore.

copyright copyright COPYRIGHT. Nobody thinks of these things... it is probably out of Apple's hands completely.

Content - I am sure more will be added... this is it's baby stages
Format - I guess this is a matter of opinion. It does, however, seem to be in the same format as other such media apps, including the ipod app, so you must hate them all?
Reliability - I have not had issues. That being said, there isn't much to watch, which takes us back to content.
Ease of use - If you find this hard to use I would hate to see you use something like excel.

Good idea bad implementation. The interface could use some work, not very intuitive.

I was able to install the app, but in Canada you're not allowed to view the content.

Unless there is a way to hide the IP address on the iPhone

I'm giving this a go right now, I think it will be better as they continue to add more content.

I am trying to my a custom icon to fit with my theme, but am not sure what to name the .png file. Can anyone with this app help me out?

      Thanks

There's an app in the AppStore called "CBS Sports NCAA March Madness On Demand". It's 4.99 tho and not sure how fast it will be...

Good point. I have a 2G, so unless I am in a WiFi it might be useless. Oh well, I guess I will have to watch the games on my computer at work again this year.
