So do you think there is a possibility of jailbreaking these and creating a way to change bootroms and carrier data?

Yes it's possible but as for a time frame for it to get done is unknown

It will use the same bootrom/iboot. whether it is still vulnerable to SHAtter or limera1n is another question that cant be answered until the verizon iphone has been released. I suggest everyone just sit back and be patient.

I'm hoping it doesn't start a "war" and we can all just be iPhone fans no matter what network were on.

Unfortunatly there will always be some tool that wants to start a fight over whose network is better.

That's what I'm hoping on. I already have friends saying that verizon is better and what not and that the verizon iPhone is going to be better. It should be about having the same phone and helping each other out

I am 94 percent sure it will. Talked to someone i know up in the food chains and they have a pretty good feeling we should see it come back with in the next few months are so. Maybe around the ip5 launch for an extra selling point who knows
