  • iTunes 9.1.1 out
    iTunes update 9.1.1 is out.

Hopefully it'll fix syncing problems like all-day events on iPhone

EDIT by KYLE MATTHEWS: There don't seem to be any JB issues in this build, please confirm your experience in the comments.

In general, those using *any* userland JB should avoid iTunes updates, since iTunes can detect & remove it.

Today's 9.1.1 iTunes is safe for PwnageTool&redsn0w. But those hoping to use userland JBs (like Spirit) should hold off.

Don't care about fixes, I'm already come to the conclusion that Apple will never give us what we want/need. is it safe for jailbroken users?

Syncing my JB 3.1.2 3GS just fine. Seems to do something to your library though, as on first sync, it re-synced all my music once again.

Works fine for me. This is the first time I've installed iTunes 9+ so I had a blackra1n issue (missing .dll files, so I put blackra1n in the program files/common files/apple/apple application support - now it works), but other than that, it's fine.

For windows users, system restore will bring you back to 9.1.0.79 without any problems.

On edit, if you do this, you won't be able to play any DRM music you have.
