This afternoon Apple released it's next major revision of Snow Leopard. It has a long list of fixes and miscellaneous improvements. You can obtain the update through the Software Update tool on your Mac. I just installed the update on my 11" Macbook Air without any issues and so far it doesn't look like there are any issues with iTunes and my jailbroken devices.
