    Apple - iPhone 4 - Case Program


    Follow these steps to apply for a Bumper or case.

    Download the iPhone 4 Case Program app from the App Store. Launch the app on your iPhone 4 and sign in using your iTunes Store account or Apple ID. Select your Bumper or case. For iPhone 4 purchases made before July 23, 2010, you must apply no later than August 22, 2010; otherwise, you must apply within 30 days of your iPhone 4 purchase. To qualify for this program, you must purchase your iPhone 4 by September 30, 2010.
    The following cases are available

    Apple Bumper
    Incase Snap Case (Smoke/Clear)
    Belkin Shield Micra (Clear)
    Griffin Motif (Smoke)
    Griffin Reveal Etch (Black/Black Graphite)
    Speck Fitted Case (Black Tartan)
    Speck PixelSkin HD (Black)

    For those that had previously bought an Apple bumper, refunds for them began yesterday

    If you bought from Apple
    We will give you a full refund for your previously purchased iPhone 4 Bumper, including any taxes and shipping fees.

    Credit card
    We have already refunded your account. It may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear.
    Apple Retail Store customers, check the status of your refund

    Cash, check, or gift card at an Apple Retail Store
    Return to the store with your receipt by September 30, 2010, to get your refund.

    Gift card on the Apple Online Store
    We’ll automatically mail you a new gift card for the refund amount.

    If you bought from an AT&T Store
    We’ll reimburse you for the purchase price of your iPhone 4 Bumper. Just fill out this rebate coupon and mail it to us by September 30, 2010. We’ll send your rebate as soon as we pro

      if you have multiple iPhone 4's under the same iTunes acct., each iPhone must download the app and order it individually. I just ordered the incase smoke snap case.

      Just ordered the Belkin Shield. I was in between that and the Incase clear, but the Incase seemed to protect less and looked fragile.

      3-5 weeks sucks though

      smart of them to make it an app download instead of possibly crashing their server. i went with the belkin..i had a incase in the past with the 3gs and it was a very tight fit which interfered with my ghost armor. Do not know if this case will but not taking the chance.

      So if I bought a bumper at the Apple store I don't need to do anything? I should see a credit on the credit card I used to buy my iPhone + bumper?

      Snagged my bumper about an hour ago. The other cases didn't really catch my eye and I do like the look of the bumpers. Looking forward to it's arrival!

      I just confirmed it is automatic by going to that site and putting in my credit card number. It says:

      * Receipt ID: R0000000000
      * Purchase Date: June 24, 2010
      * Amount: $30.74
      * Date of Refund: July 22, 2010

      Checking my bank account to see if it is pending a credit on my account.

      EDIT: My bank account doesn't showing anything pending. Hmmm

      This is a great day not only did I order my free case, but the otter box went on sale the other day and its 15 cheaper then the 3gs case. Cant wait to get that otter box!

      Got the email from Apple saying that my refund has been automatically processed.
