'Message Scheduler for WhatsApp' Lets You Schedule Messages to be Sent in WhatsApp
If you're a WhatsApp Messenger user, then you might find this new jailbreak tweak handy. It's called Message Scheduler for WhatsApp
by iOS Developer Mohamed Marbouh, and as the name implies, it allows you to send scheduled messages to any of your WhatsApp Messenger contacts.
This is the perfect tweak for wishing a Happy Birthday, or other upcoming holidays. When you have the tweak installed, you can type the message you want to schedule into the text box, and then tap and hold on the Send button to bring up a selection box that lets you choose between many options. You'll want to pick "Schedule Message" and then you can configure a date and time for the future of when you want the message to be sent, as shown above.
The tweak sends you a push notification when your message is scheduled to send, and you need to acknowledge the push notification for the message to send. It doesn't matter if your device is locked, or if WhatsApp Messenger is closed, you will get a push notification when you scheduled the message to send and you'll be able to send it. Tapping on the push notification then lets you choose between sending the message, editing it, or cancelling it all together.
Message Scheduler for WhatsApp doesn't have any options to configure. It just requires that you have the WhatsApp Messenger
application installed from the iOS App Store. If you want to try Message Scheduler for WhatsApp, it's available in Cydia's BigBoss repository right now for 99¢.
