Microsoft Updates OneNote App for iOS With Multiple Improvements
On Tuesday, Microsoft issued an update for its OneNote application on the iOS platform. The update brings the application up to version 2.3 in the iOS App Store.
In this update, Microsoft has addressed a number of user-demanded features. Perhaps one of the most worthy of mentioning is that you can now insert your own files into your notes and easily share your notes via AirDrop. PDF Printouts can also be added to any of your notes, as well as the ability to take advantage of text formatting options in your notes.
Support for password protected sections has also been added so that you can protect specific sections of notes. It's compatible with OneNote for Windows, so if you password protect something, it will be recognized across platforms.
Creating and organizing notebooks is also easier than ever. If you create notebooks, they can be saved to OneDrive for easy of access, and with the new organizing features, you can easy have more control over re-ordering your sections.
If you're an existing user of OneNote for iOS, then this update is available for you for free under the Updates tab in the App Store application. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of OneNote for iOS for free from this App Store link
