Microsoft Officially Releases Skype 5.0 for iPhone and iPod touch in the App Store
Three days ago, Microsoft announced a major upgrade
for its Skype application for iPhone and iPod touch dubbed version 5.0, and since then, Microsoft pulled the old Skype application from the App Store awaiting this new release.
The update is now available in the App Store as of Thursday morning and brings major changes to the user interface, as well as performance improvements, better messaging, in-app notifications, and an improved interface for calling.
