'AutoControl' Makes Control Center Only Show Music Controls When Music is Playing
For those that find that Control Center has a lot of unnecessary clutter when music isn't being played, you can download a new free jailbreak tweak called AutoControl
by iOS developer iLendSoft to help ensure that the clutter is only there when you need it.
With AutoControl installed, iOS 7's Control Center menu won't display any music controls unless music is actually being played. When music isn't playing, the music controls section will be collapsed. When music is playing, it'll show the music controls with information about the currently-playing media as expected.
The idea behind the tweak is to simplify an interface in iOS 7 and remove the features that don't really need to be there when they're not in use, and it does a nice job of being seamless and doing what it aims to do.
If you would like to give AutoControl a try, it's available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak has no options to configure and requires iOS 7 to be installed.
