If you take advantage of the timestamps in iOS' Messages application to see when you received or sent messages, either iMessages or Text Messages, then you might be able to benefit from a new jailbreak tweak called Dated by iOS developer Julian Weiss.
Dated will allow you to customize the time format of the timestamps in the Messages application. It adds a preferences pane to the Settings application where you can configure the format:
Here, you can enable or disable the tweak on demand, as well as see a preview of the current timestamp format. There are also a number of items you can enable or disable to have appear in the timestamp, including:
By default, a timestamp will say the time, and then AM/PM, and dates will only appear after a day or two has passed. With Dated, you can have as much information as you want here and now. It's a great tweak for anyone that likes to keep constant track of times.
If you would like to give Dated a try, it's available for 99¢ in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak works with all iOS 7 devices.
